Program management for community and regional bank core conversions
What we do
A core conversion is the largest project most banks will ever undertake. It runs for the better part of two years, touches every department, and puts the bank at a table with a dozen vendors who each manage only their own piece. We manage the whole of it on the bank's behalf, from contract through go-live and into the stabilization period that follows.
How we take on work
We take on a limited number of conversions each year. A program this size needs senior attention from the contract through stabilization, and there is a real ceiling on how many of them one firm can run that way at the same time. When our calendar is full for a go-live window, we say so rather than stretch.
That limit is the reason we can promise concierge-level service and mean it. The bank gets the people who have done this before, on every call, for the length of the program.
